Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By creating an account, starting a trial, or purchasing a Veliform Voice subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you represent that you can bind that business.
2. The service
Veliform Voice is a cloud software subscription: AI phone agents and related tools for businesses. We may update features, models, and limits over time. Plans and included minutes are described on veliform.com/pricing and in the app.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for account credentials, accurate information, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use at info@veliform.com.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are sold as recurring software subscriptions (currently Business Lite at $29/month and Business Pro at $99/month, unless otherwise stated at checkout). Checkout and invoicing are handled by Creem as Merchant of Record. A 7-day trial may apply where offered. After the trial, fees renew automatically until you cancel. Taxes may be collected by Creem as required.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Veliform Voice for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harassing calls; spam; or anything that violates telephony, privacy, or marketing laws. You must have any required consent for recording or contacting parties. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for other customers.
6. Customer content
You retain rights to your business data and configurations. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for the legality of call content and contact lists you use with the product.
7. Intellectual property
Veliform and its software, branding, and documentation remain our property. Subscriptions grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your paid (or trial) term.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” AI outputs and call handling may be imperfect. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, specific call outcomes, or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what law requires.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veliform’s total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to us (via Creem) for the service in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Cancellation
You may cancel anytime in the app or by contacting info@veliform.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be notified by email or in-product notice.
