Refund Policy
1. Overview
Veliform Voice is a digital SaaS product. Payments are processed by Creem as Merchant of Record. This policy explains cancellations and refunds for Business Lite ($29/mo) and Business Pro ($99/mo) plans (or other prices shown at checkout).
2. Free trial
Where a 7-day free trial is offered, you can cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged. Cancel in the app or email info@veliform.com.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel anytime. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access through the end of the current paid period. Canceling does not automatically refund the current period except as described below.
4. Refunds
- First paid charge after trial: if you are not satisfied, request a refund within 14 days of that charge and we will refund it (unused minutes are not a separate cash balance).
- Later renewals: renewals are generally non-refundable once billed, except where required by law or in cases of clear billing error / duplicate charge.
- Service failure: if a sustained outage prevented material use of the product, contact us and we will offer a fair credit or refund for the affected period.
5. How to request a refund
Email info@veliform.com with your account email, Creem transaction/receipt ID if available, and a short reason. Approved refunds are issued via Creem to the original payment method; timing depends on your bank/card issuer.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback so we can resolve the issue quickly. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension.
